Austria Salzburg games are played on the grounds of the ASKÖ Sportanlage West sports centre. We recommend arrival by public transport.
 
Take the no. 27 bus (Hauptbahnhof (Central Railway Station) - Zentrum (City Centre) - Viehhausen) and leave the bus at the stop at ‘Kuglhof’. The ground is two minutes’ walk away down Kuglhofstraße. The ground is on the left hand side of the road. Follow the noise!

Arriving by car:
If you are coming from Germany on the main roads – try to cross the border on the road from Bad Reichenhall. This leads you directly in the direction of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse (see below).
 
If you are coming on the motorway – don’t forget to purchase a permit sticker (Vignette) for the period you will be using the Austrian motorway.
 
Cars arriving from all directions on the motorway should exit either in Wals or at the exit for the ‘Salzburg Flughafen’ airport. Follow signs leading into the city; these should filter traffic onto ‘Innsbrucker Bundesstraße’. This takes you past a large Mercedes dealership (on the right) and then through a tunnel under the runway. After the tunnel - carry on straight ahead through the first set of traffic lights. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights (red office building on the corner) into Karolingerstraße. Follow this road for just over a kilometre. There is parking on the right next to the tennis courts and parking also currently seems to be unofficially tolerated on the road sides.
